WHERE CAN I CHECK THAT PRICE IS FAIR
The price is absolutely fair and matches with local prices you would get as a local person for similar duplex apartments in Bodrum. You can check the local web page: www.sahibinden.com , select "kiralik" (for rent), location: Mugla, Bodrum, Gümüslük.
WHY NOT THROUGH AIRBNB ?
The apartment is furnished especially for homeofficing. I would like to rent the apartment to business based people who would take care of it since I also use the apartment for myself. But as mentioned above booking through airbnb is possible.
SHOPPING, BEACHES, NIGH LIFE POSSIBILITIES ?
2 minutes driving way: You will find a big Migros for shopping and a nice local bakery.
5 minutes driving way: Gümüslük center, famous fish restaurants, very nice jazz club with live music (@off_gümüslük), night club (@clubgumusluk), nice local bazaar, local restaurants, cafes.
10 minutes driving way: Yalikavak center. Yalikavak Marina (@yalikavakmarina) Turkey`s number one marina with famous restaurants, bars, clubs.
